Since 2021, Piscino's mission has been to reduce the number of drownings in Quebec by offering at-home swimming lessons on Montreal's North Shore. The company stands out for its human approach and the close relationships it maintains with its clients and their little swimmers.
During its first year of operation, the way to book lessons was to call Laurence, who then had to schedule the appointment, create an invoice from an Excel template, collect payment via Interac e-Transfer, and send waivers and contracts as PDF files by email for clients to sign and return.
An enormous amount of time was lost on administrative tasks.

In addition to making Piscino's services more accessible, the client portal drastically reduces the time needed to schedule appointments: clients see real-time availability in the calendar and select their slots directly.
Another advantage of this solution is its flexibility: as Piscino is a growing company, new features can be added to the application as the business needs evolve.

Clients can book at-home swimming lessons and choose their preferred time slots from the instructors' availability.
Document signing
Contracts and other legal documents can be signed directly in the portal, eliminating PDF exchanges by email.
Transaction history
Clients can view their complete transaction and invoice history at any time.
Real-time calendar
Instructor availability is displayed in real time, allowing clients to select their time slots directly.
